Total rip-off! Don't buy anything from Alex Varghese or Morphy Mail. The software just doesn't function right. NEVER!! When you ask for assistance, they just want to charge you again. We even got a lifetime license! This dude will always look for ways to squeeze more cash from you. Seriously, steer clear!!

Exar, Morphymail, and Gorilla Contact all come from the same outfit. My dashboard for Gorilla Contact got hacked, and now all my contacts are missing, along with mailing lists and campaigns. This situation is unacceptable, and their support team is completely unresponsive. You really shouldn't trust this company. Sonia, Neethu, and Alex will hit you hard for repairs on their faulty software. I’ve got a solid list of verified subscribers, but my emails still end up in spam. Their platform is always breaking down, yet they expect you to pay for fixes as if it’s your fault and not due to their lousy software. Plus, all the stats are stuck in Adobe Flash, which is no longer supported, so you can’t even pull up the graphs from the data. I’ve included a screenshot of our chat from February 25, 2021, when it last crashed. They wanted $30, but I asked for a $90 invoice just to have something concrete, and I’ve attached that screenshot too. That didn’t help. My dashboard remains hacked: proxappmail[dot]com/inter/admin. Save your cash and choose a reputable company instead. This outfit operates under names like Morphymail, Gorilla Contact, exar.in, and many more. It’s a complete scam.

This is a fantastic item, super easy and friendly to use. What really stands out is their customer service and support, just amazing! They're always there to help you out. No regrets at all about buying this.

These folks are not what they claim to be. I forked over 75 bucks for an SMTP server, and ever since, I haven't been able to get it to work. Their customer support is a joke. The Morphymail software is super slow, clunky, and the sending speed is just terrible. Definitely not ideal for marketing. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of them; they really don’t have a clue when it comes to selling SMTP services.

This software is completely free! I really appreciate how simple it is to send out bulk emails and how it handles subscriptions.
